I'm taking part in the 52 Books in 52 Weeks challenge.
This week's book is Cook This, Not That by David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding.
While yes, this is a cookbook of sorts, it also has a lot of information in it. I don't eat out a lot, so a LOT of it didn't apply to me, but it would be a PERFECT book for someone who ate on the run a lot.
It's not a restaurant copy cat cookbook, but more of a "this will taste better AND be healthier for you" cookbook. It covers everything from appetizers to soup/salad to dessert. It scores food by a rating of fat to protein to calories and more. For every recipe, it shows a comparison from a popular restaurant with nutritional info.
And of course, there's zillions of great recipes in it!
