1. What terrifies you the most? Outside the typical parent response of something happening to my kids.... falling. I am obviously not a fan of spiders, but falling just scares the crap outta me!

2. Favorite fall/winter drink? Hot chocolate! (I'd say coffee, but I chug that year round)

3. Do you and your spouse have the same political views? Yup!

4. What was the last book you read? Was it any good? The Maze Runner series. And yes, it was great! It falls along the same theme as Hunger Games.

5. Do you look forward to the snow each winter? Why or why not? oh hell yes! I looooove snow!

1. Who wakes up in the morning with the kids, you or hubby? Technically hubby, but he doesn't get up with them, he just gets home (he works nights). It works perfectly because I'm an insomniac and once I finally get to sleep (sometimes as late as 4-5am) it's nice to be able to sleep past 7am!

2. Do you watch the World Series even if your team isn't in it? Nope. Hubby does, but I skip it unless the Blue Jays are playing (which they suck the last few years, so....)

3. What is the best compliment you have received? "I love you for being you" Simple, I know, but I think it's great :)

4. Do/did you dress up to take your kids trick or treating? I do sometimes, but most of the time no

5. Do you have a favorite bible verse? What is it and why? No, I'm not religious. I do *have* a bible though and my sisters are religious so I am familiar with a lot of them, and a lot of them do have secular meaning to me, but I don't have a specific favorite.

1. Where do you hide junk when people come over? If you're a close friend or family, no where lol For actual company, in the laundry room. It's the size of a small bedroom so it can fit a lot of crap lol

2. Do political ads help you decide who you are going to vote for? Hell no!

3. What's your favorite holiday party to host? Christmas, mainly cause it's the biggest one with all the fixings :D

4. You go to an island with your husband and can only take one personal item. What is it? That would depend how long we'd be there....

5. If you found out your spouse was a Dexter style serial killer (only kills people to save others) would you rat? Hmm... that's a hard one! I mean, murder is wrong... but some of the people he kills we'd be stuck with in the justice system forever then they'd get to live way too good of a life in prison...

1. Did you have any homecoming traditions? None what so ever as we have nothing to do with homecoming lol

2. Do you ask your spouse before spending money? Nope. For that matter, I'm the one who handles the finances anyways :)

3. If you could be famous for something what would it be? Is there fame in coffee drinking? Um.... maybe to be a published author

4. Have you ever seriously thought you were going crazy? About 3am when my colic-y daughter was about 4 mths old...

5. How do you eat your steak? Burger? (as in, well done, medium, still moo-ing...) Steak, medium, burger, well done.

1. What advice would you give a couple getting married? He/she is going to do stupid things that annoy the crap outta you. Unless it's truly important to you, ignore it. Chances are, they aren't doing it BECAUSE it annoys you. On the other hand, if you do something that isn't truly important to you that you KNOW annoys the crap outta your spouse, stop it!


2. If you could tell your 16 year old self ONE thing, what would it be? Move in with your mother before the sh*t hits the fan!


3. What do you do to keep cool in the summer? (AC, windows, fans, swimming, etc.) We have 3 smallish air conditioners, though we're looking to replace the 2 small ones upstairs with one larger one) and we go to the beach as often as possible


4. What did you crave most while pregnant? 1st pregnancy - McD's cheese burgers. 2nd pregnancy - DQ Blizzards. 3rd pregnancy - Subway. (I have a fast food problem when I'm pregnant LOL!)


5. Who is your favorite TV mom? Why? Roseanne! She's laid back for the most part but her kids still respect her. The family is silly but can be serious when needed.

1. Do you make your kids finish all the food on their plates? They eat whatever they choose. However, if we happen to be having dessert (once or twice a week), there's no treats if they don't finish their dinner. 

2. Do you give an allowance? Sorta. My older kids earn money by doing chores. Regular, self responsibility chores (like picking up their toys and such), don't get paid for. But other stuff that they're asked to do for the whole family or off the chore list of larger chores, they get money for.


3. Do you actually park your car in the garage? We don't have a garage, so no.


4. What is one food you will NEVER cook? liver. I refuse to even try it. I also can not stand the smell of shortbread cooking


5. Do you have anything exciting planned for the summer? Other than the birthday trio (all 3 of my children are born in a 2 week period in July), not really. Maybe a day trip to the zoo or a water park.

1. Who mows your grass? Right now, no one. At our old house the landlord took care of it. Now that we're becoming home owners we need to buy a lawn mower and do it ourselves. Next week we'll be picking ours up and attempt to find our lawn!

2. Do you have a picture wall or picture gallery in your house (show us! <--- my addition to the question)? Sorta. It was a quickly done up wall of the 6 of us from when we first moved in. It's really crooked but no one has fixed it (we've been here 5 mths *blush*) Pardon the crappy pic

3. What book has influenced your thinking the most? Or, what blog? (I want to read what gets people thinking!) I read a little of this, a little of that both when it comes to books or blogs. I couldn't really say one in particular has influenced me greatly. 

4. Do you have allergies? If so, how do you handle it this time of year? I do, but thankfully they're very mild. My perfume allergy is much worse than all of my seasonal allergies combined. 

5. What's your go to meal to cook in an hurry? Pasta, cheese and sauce. I know, inventive, eh?
